## 2026-10-08 — One remote-desktop notice for every operator, and clearer wording `agent 0.36.0` `api 0.122.0`
When two operators connect to the same Windows session, the person at the machine now sees one notice
instead of two stacked ones. It names each operator on a line of its own, followed by your
organization's sentence once. An operator joins the notice when they start watching, after the person
allowed it under *Ask first*, and their line goes when they disconnect. If the session showing the
notice ends first, the other one shows its own notice straight away and pauses its picture until that
notice is up. Operators connected to different Windows sessions, such as two users on a Remote Desktop
Services host, still get one notice each, on their own screen.
The notice also says what is really happening. It reads "Antoine is remotely viewing and controlling
this machine." rather than "… controlling this screen.", and "… is remotely viewing this machine's
screen." for an operator who can only watch, in English, French and German.
Update the agent release image and the API image. The wording comes with the API, the single notice
with the agent. No web console or database update is required.
