+When a UAC prompt or the lock screen came up during a session, the operator could be disconnected
+with "this machine could not capture its screen 5 times in a row". Windows can invalidate the
+picture of the desktop it leaves straight away, and the agent counted those failures as a broken
+screen before it had moved the notice onto the secure screen. It now recognises that the person's
+screen has switched, waits for the notice to follow, and carries on: the operator sees the UAC
+prompt under the notice and can answer it or type the administrator's password.
