+The remote-desktop toolbar has a new cursor button, next to the size button. It hides the remote
+machine's cursor in the viewer, and shows it again. While it is hidden, the viewer no longer draws
+where the machine's cursor is, and your own cursor stays a plain arrow over the picture instead of
