The remote-desktop keyboard selector now matches the toolbar: a compact button opens a styled panel
with an explanation of each mode and a check beside the current choice. It works in full screen,
keeps the choices readable on narrow windows, and returns focus after selection or Escape.
Update the web console only. No API, agent or database update is required.
