## 2026-10-13 — Quick Assist presents your primary organization `api 0.145.0` `web 0.176.0`
**Quick Assist always presents the organization you belong to.** There is no service provider's
organization any more, and no Quick Assist tab in the platform settings: a call is made in the name
of your **primary organization** — the one chosen for you in **Users**, or else the first
organization you joined. The people you help see its name and logo, the call is filed in its audit
trail, and your role there decides whether you may help.
- **Users** has a **Primary organization** column, and **Primary organization…** on an account
offers only the organizations it is a member of; the first one joined is marked as the default.
- **The Admin Center's pages take the RMM's width**, centred, instead of a narrower column on the
left. My Account keeps its column of forms.
- The `/api/admin/provider-organization` endpoints are gone.
**Nobody's identity moves.** On upgrade, every account that worked for the provider's organization
and is a member of it keeps it, recorded as its primary organization. An account that worked for the
provider without being a member of it now works for the first organization it joined, and can help
there if its role includes remote desktop (Operator or above).
Update the API and web images together. No agent update is required, and nothing in the schema
changes; a data backfill records those primary organizations at boot.
