## 2026-10-08 — The notice hangs from the top of the screen, and the consent window names the operator like the notice `agent 0.44.0` `api 0.126.0`
The remote-desktop notice and its folded badge now hang from the top edge of the screen like a
notch, flush with the edge. They can still be dragged, but only left and right along that edge, so
the notice can no longer be dropped somewhere it gets lost.
The consent window now uses the notice's words: it asks whether "Antoine" may connect remotely to
"this machine", rather than whether "Antoine CAVELIER" may view "this screen". As on the notice, the
operator's name is underlined: point at it or click it to see their card, with their picture, e-mail,
phone, company and what they may do. The notice and its cards also say "this machine" instead of
"this machine's screen" for an operator who can only watch.
Update the API and the agent release image. No web or database update is required. With an older API
the consent window keeps its previous wording and still underlines the operator's full name; with an
older agent the consent window shows the new wording without the card.
