## 2026-10-08 — Show or hide the remote cursor from the remote-desktop viewer `web 0.155.0`
The remote-desktop toolbar has a new cursor button, next to the size button. It hides the remote
machine's cursor in the viewer, and shows it again. While it is hidden, the viewer no longer draws
where the machine's cursor is, and your own cursor stays a plain arrow over the picture instead of
taking the machine's shape (text cursor, resize arrows, and so on). Turned back on, the cursor
reappears where it is now on the machine. The browser remembers the choice for the next sessions.
Nothing changes on the machine: the person there still sees their cursor as usual. Update the web
image only. No API, agent or database update is required.
